Flexipage ("we", "our", or "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal information you provide to us. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our website, marketplace application, and related services
We collect the following types of information to provide and improve our services:
User Information: Email addresses provided through Airtable authentication tokens.
Authentication Data: Airtable access tokens, Airtable base IDs, table IDs, and field IDs.
Email Authentication: Gmail/Outlook oauth tokens and profile information. We collect domain name, DKIM keys and MAIL FROM record, when setting up your own domain.
Document Templates: Content created by users and stored on our servers in unencrypted format.
Email Templates: Content created by users and stored on our servers in unencrypted format.
Usage Data: Aggregated information such as the total number of document and email templates per user and the number of document and email generations per user.
We do not store any record values from Airtable bases. Documents are generated on the fly and only sent to users without persistent storage. Documents are persisted only upon specification of explicit permission.
How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information to:
Provide and maintain our services.
Authenticate users and manage user accounts.
Automate document generation using Airtable data.
Automate transactional emails using Airtable data
Improve service performance and user experience.
Store user emails in Airtable for CRM purposes.
Notify users of changes to our services or policies.
To send service-related product updates that inform users about new features or changes to the service. Users may opt out of these communications at any time by following the instructions included in the emails.
User data is stored on servers hosted by Hetzner, our cloud service provider. We may use services such as S3-compatible storage for data backups. Generated documents are not persisted in FlexiPage systems by default. Documents are persisted only when explicit permission is provided.
FlexiPage stores processed emails — including email content, metadata, delivery status, and attachments (if applicable) — for up to 60 days. These emails are stored securely in encrypted form.
We retain this information for the following purposes:
User Access: To allow you to later review previously sent email content, including generated documents and templates used.
Logging & Monitoring: To troubleshoot issues related to email delivery, ensure accurate tracking, and maintain system reliability.
Compliance: To meet operational, audit, and anti-abuse requirements associated with sending emails.
After 60 days, processed email data is automatically deleted from our systems.
User information will be retained as long as necessary to provide the service. Upon user account deletion, all associated data, including email addresses, Airtable authentication tokens, and document templates, email templates, will be permanently removed from our systems.
Users have the right to:
Access the personal data we hold about them.
Request corrections to inaccurate information.
Request deletion of their personal data.

Third-Party Services
We may store user email addresses (not sender accounts), in Airtable for CRM purposes. We do not share user-related data with any other third parties. However, our service providers, including Hetzner and S3-compatible storage providers, may have access to certain data solely for hosting and backup purposes.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If any significant changes are made, we will notify users via email. Continued use of the service after such updates constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
