  • Usage Data: Aggregated information such as the total number of document templates per user and the number of document generations per user.


We do not store any record values from Airtable bases. Documents are generated on the fly and only sent to users without persistent storage.

  • Authenticate users and manage user accounts.

  • Automate document generation using Airtable data.

  • Improve service performance and user experience.

  • Store user emails in Airtable for CRM purposes.

User data is stored on servers hosted by Hetzner, our cloud service provider. We may use services such as S3-compatible storage for data backups. While document templates are stored in unencrypted format, they remain private and are not accessed by Flexipage without user consen

User information will be retained as long as necessary to provide the service. Upon user account deletion, all associated data, including email addresses, Airtable authentication tokens, and document templates, will be permanently removed from our systems.
